my bestfriend and i are 16, and he told me that he was diagnosed with cancer, and that he was gay and that he loved me and that he had 3-4 months to live, and that he was telling me because he wanted me to know. And he asked me if i would sleep with him? Should I? And can a st8 guy have gay sex, can he think of a girl does that work, or just watch porn or something?

Yes to the first question. Most men are bisexual. You've no doubt heard the saying, "Any port in a storm." Just look at what happens during long term incarceration. In case you didn't know, most of the men doing hard time have sex with each other.
To the second question, that depends on how close you are to your best friend and it would make you feel. If you could feel good about it, go for it. But if you would feel uncomfortable, yucky, guilty, used, manipulated - then don't.
You might not know how you are going to feel. In that case, talk to your friend about it and tell him you might want to back out midway if it isn't working for you. And then pay close attention to how you are feeling about it, moment-to-moment as you are doing it.
If it would be something that would be easy for you to do, you might really want to consider doing it, especially thinking about how you will feel after he dies if you weren't even willing to do that for him. Also, it might bring you closer to him in a way that will feel good to you for the rest of your life and help ease the pain of losing him. In your situation, from the vantage point of all my years (I'm 62), I would do it. And yes, you can just watch porn or imagine that he is a girl.
This is a very heavy question, with far reaching consequences. Choose carefully.

It's physically possible.
But on a mental point of view. Seeing as the person is straight and isn't very fond of Anal sex. It requires a deep concentration and willingness of the body in order to intake the pressure and feelings.
As for the second. I have no idea. I mean. I don't want you to and i'm not suggesting you should because what if it's just a hoax. But, if i had cancer and i told the person i truly did love that it'd make me hella happy if they did that just for me. Buttttt a friend should never force a friend into anal sex just because of a cancer to begin with.
I say go for it, always fun to try something new.

A straight guy can have sex with men (and some do), but I think the question is do you PERSONALLY WANT to do this? I think that his request is insensitive to YOUR feelings and who you are. Having cancer does not give him a reason to try to make you have sex with him out of guilt. That's taking advantage of you. If he is truly your friend, he will understand that you love him AS A FRIEND, but you aren't gay, and he shouldn't push you into doing something you aren't comfortable doing...

As to whether you should sleep with this guy for the reason you mentioned, you have to search your own soul for that answer. Now, if you willingly engage in homosexuality for whatever reason, i'd no longer worry about being a str8 guy. Just go ahead and do it.

wow you are willing to go beyond the call of friendship. i am really sorry that your friend has cancer. it is possible for a str8 guy to have sex with a gay guy. whether or not you should do it i cant say. you should follow your heart.

the big issue would be your mental state of mind.. if you don't feel comfortable with doing stuff, then you will have a problem keeping your penis hard..
but what you could do is just climb into bed with your friend and cuddle and kiss him a bit.. it may feel odd, but just keep thinking that it is pleasurable for him.
let him touch your penis and rub it against his body.. and who knows, maybe you will get hard..
it is really sad to have cancer at that age, and as sick as it may seem to you, doing anything in bed with him would probably make his day! so i say go for it!

This is a decision that you need to make for yourself. If he truly is a great friend, go ahead and try it, considering the circumstances. Straight guys can do it, they just need to think of other things to get it done

yes i do believe a straight guy can have sex with a gay guy, but only if he wants too. if you don't want to sleep with this guy dont, and most definatly don't do it cuz he has cancer becasue i sure he want to sleep with you and for you to want too because it really wont be that good if you don't want too.

If you want to sleep with your friend, do so. It won't change your sexuality. Don't do it unless you are happy to do it though. If you do, make sure he understands that you are not committing to anything and if you feel uncomfortable you can stop it at any time.
