I'll put in what I wrote in your other idiotic question. Oh yeah, corporate? HAhaha. You know nothing huh, if you have spare cash, use it so you could buy yourself a clue.
Everyone here who said negative things about the band, inluding YOU, know NO sh*t about AFI. And I'm pretty sure about that.
Infact, YOU"RE the poseur here because you talk **** about things you know about, pretending you're smarter than you really are.
Dude, do you know why AFI is famous? It's because they've been making music for FIFTEEN f*cking years! That's a decade and a half! I bet you didn't even know that, and you've probably just heard about them last year when Miss Murder came out. Because you're so much of a poseur that you didn't know underground bands.
They have SEVEN albums and countless EPs. They're not just one of those bands who got into a big label and became famous instantly. They put their EPs out by themselves (until they signed into a little label) and toured tirelessly to build a fanbase. Once they even toured for 3 years straight years.
You can't say they didn't pay their dues. They deserve every success they have now. So don't call them poseurs, if you do then YOU'RE the poseur.
And for you to say they suck and are a bunch of poseurs. Have you ever listened to ALL of their albums? Have you heard anything besides Miss Murder or Love Like Winter? I'm pretty sure the answer there is a big fat NO! So stop talking sh*t about a band you know nothing about. Same with everyone else.
They're older than most bands around and not many people know that (it shows). Do some research kid, and actually listen to their older songs. They used to be an underground hardcore punk band. Very well respected in the bay area.
How you ever seen them live? Do you own any of their albums? Do you know when they formed? Do you even know their history?
You know NOTHING about them. So why don't you stop embarrassing you're self and shut up.
Stop taking the piss out of things you know nothing about, and spare the humiliation, POSEUR!

I kind of felt the same way about Flyleaf the other day just an utter hatred for a crappy band, AFI is the same. Just horrible music without any remorse. I pondered death when I was stuck in a car having to listen to Flyleaf and AFI at high volume from an 80 mile ride. I frantically couldnt find anything sharp, they had child locks so I couldnt just jump out. I still have nightmares about its crappiness today.

why is everyone saying this about them, you don't even know them. are you just jealous of them, i think that is true. their not posers, IDOT!!!@!!!, they been out there for 15 years. i think that you are a homosexual for saying this about them and a beaverleaver. so shut up, leave them along. if you keep saying this your going to get something in return and i don't think it's going to be good, low life. do you want me to go on because i will. do have anything better to do then to mach people and start roomers, just get a life. have you looked in the mirror scumbag, your going to turn into something that you won't like, your lower then hell and that's really bad. so i think you should pray to god for sayings things about AFI. so shove this ridiculous comment up your *** so just stop this rampage of horror and put it to an end. you will regret this and that you never said this about AFI, because they are a great band and you haven't really seen the real them because their good people that want respect for themselves and other people.

There was a time in the 90s that AFI was a respected punk band. and a good one too. but after Black Sails in the Sunset album, they changed their sound and their originality went way down. I've lost all respect for them for selling out like that.

They are so not-I luv AFI they are one of the best rock bands today. I love Davy Havic he is hot.
