I'm not sure exactly what you mean by tease and deny, but I think you might've got the wrong idea about women who tease. It's not always an intentional mind game. When I was younger, I came across as a tease sometimes because I was sexually inexperienced and just didn't know how to act around men. It was only men I really liked who I ended up "teasing"... if I wasn't interested in a man, I could tell him straight out. It's just a breakdown in communication - she doesn't feel able to tell you how she really feels or what she wants. It usually results from lack of confidence. There's no need to beg, or to ignore her... just talk to her. Show that you're interested in her as a person, and not just for sex. With many women, I think the teasing would soon stop as they get to know you better and become more confident.
