Did anyone hear of the woman that stole 150,000.00 dollars from a church Centerpoint Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg, TN?? She worked at the church as a secretary.

I did not hear about that. I am guessing you are wondering how a Christian can do something so wrong? My reaction would be that Christians are also people who are capable of doing wrong. The only perfect Christian was Jesus, the rest of can just try to match his example. And we will always fail at it.

I didn't know about it, but anyone who handles money is capable of pocketing it, so that makes it totally possible to steal from a church. That's just wrong, to steal money from a church.

Is that the one where she did it over a period of 20 years or something.?? If so, I think they took pity on her and she will pay it back in installments with no jail time.
