There are a lot of Red Neck Jokes, out and about. The assumption is that they are all white folks. It that a correct assumption?

Yes minorites can be red necks but it sure would be hard for them not to notice how things would effect them.

I think it's a word for ignorant whites... and embarassingly, I suspect it applies even to me on occasion...
