as much as i hate it, you know madden will put his boyfriends peyton or drew brees on the cover, depending on who does better. i wouldn't be too mad to see vince young on the cover.

Brian Moorman or Mike Scifres. Both punters are the best punters that the game has seen. Moorman has kicked the ball officially up to 84 yards and Scifres officially kicked the ball 89 yards in college. Both have an inside the 20 at over 50% and Scifres has an inside the 10 at 11%. They also have very few touchbacks. If punters go in their direction, the punt return will be a very rare event along with the TB. To give you an example, most punters can only punt it 60 yards and often have TBs.

Although it probably wouldn't be a main stream choice I think that Marques Colston of the Saints would be an awesome choice for the cover. He is an explosive player and I think that marketing wise the Saints are a really hot team. I think that it would be a great mix for Madden 08.

If the Bears win this Sunday Devin Hester could be a favorable pick considering a defensive player is possibly due to make the cover. If not then LaDainian Tomlinson will more than likely be on the cover.

I want a defensive player. Lots of options: Champ Bailey, Julius Peppers, Jason Taylor, Lance Briggs
Worried about that curse though

I here Brady refused to be on the last cover.
It should be Larry Johnson because hes going to have a terrible injury anyway so they should just go ahead do it.

The chargers running back, Tomlinson.
Not his fault the rest of his team, and his coach, blew it versus the Pats.
