my ipod wont work all it is showing is one song on the display. And it's not playing anything and when i connect it to my computer and it's the same.it's like it's frozen whats wrong?
Help me please!

Let it run out of batteries and try connecting it again. The same thing happened to my Ipod.

Try removing and battery and placing it back
