Be sure the controls inside havent been messed with, also check the back of it to see if there is alot of dust builup.This could cause it not to cool correctly.If all else fails it would be more likely the compressor.

I would unplug for 24 hours due to possible ice build up.
remove cover of relay box and clean the points if this unit has one.
note that the relay box will have a black or grey cover that you need to remove
to clean the points.
if the compresor does not come on then it is too expensive to repair.

Do not undersatand question. However if your refridge does not cool, contact manufacturer for repairs.
