Well, a little black dress is pretty much always elegant, and that's more than likely a good choice for a cocktail party.
However, what's your goal? Are you going w/a partner or not? There are sooo many variables to picking.
If the dress is pretty, and you look elegant, then it doesn't matter which one. Enjoy!

hmmm...I see you've got the black one on right now, what shoes are you wearing with it? Go look in your closet and get all possible choices out. Oh, and what necklace?

Try the red one. Yeah, and those shoes on the left! Keep the necklace on and mess your hair up a bit. A touch of lipstick, and now smile.
