the only one i know of is sonic. they still have car hops. and a place called dogs and suds has them as well. this is in west plains Missouri though. oh, there's a place called minute made where they have them as well.

Elmo's has been here 40 years that I can remember.
The car hop still comes out and takes the order.
Sonic Drive In, I don't know how many.

Sycamore in Bethel, Ct. has an Antique Car Show once a week in season, car hops and great root beer, onionburgers etc
There are A&W's that still do car hops one in Tennessee and one in New York that I know of, I think it is Sierville(SP)TN, near gaitlingburg, TN
And of course SONIC

properly she don't have made a scene, yet she could have defined why she became asking you for "collateral". Like has been reported in case you e book ,she will pay on your meal and there are human beings available who try this it incredibly is referred to as "dine and sprint". you are able to properly be arrested for this too, because of the fact it incredibly is stealing. i could have asked for the eating place supervisor if that have been me even with the undeniable fact that...exceptionally if there were a scene such as you say. i will additionally understand whey the waitress reacted the way she did, no longer that I agree...in spite of if it truly sucks being screwed over via consumers. in line with danger next time purely take turns going out to have a cigarette??

We have a good drive in restaurant, yes, with the car hop waitresses,,,,,,,,but, they won't serve Cart(man).

we have drive in rootbeer stands here with waitresses that come to the car. i live in michigan

A&W did that many years ago but not anymore, there is no more places that do that around here where i live
