Yes, a couple times up until I was 7. I got away with it until I started doing it in groups. When my friends and I got caught stealing junk food at a local store one time, the police drove me home, and my Mom marched me back up to the store and had me apologize to the store owner, and then pay back the money I owed. Then I got grounded for two weeks.
A couple months before that, I stole a huge engagement diamond from a girl in our 1st grade class after she did a show-and-tell presentation about it, and then I gave it to my girlfriend at the time who turned out to be (doh) a good friend of the girl. Luckily enough my girlfriend didn't tell her friend I took it, and gave the diamond back to her.
Of course, shop lifting as an adult is a different story. It's more pathetic.

i have. got caught once, $250 fine, they let me make monthly payment with no charge. I've shoplifted over $2,000 in merchadise from a retail store several times. Quit last year, my job pays $50k + so no need (or time) in shoplifting anymore. Did it for the thrill mainly anyways.

No, but my sister does. She steals makeup (she wears a lot), but has never been caught. So, nothing's happened to her.

yes. when it was 1994 and the minimarket didn't have cameras at all. i was 4. and i stole a candy named Crackling Pop.

yes and nothing happened. i picked up a braclet from the floor and walked out with it. it was awesome. but its dangerous.
