Meera road is a suburb of Mumbai. The development is going on in full swing. The crowd is good. All facilities are available. Buses go up to Goregaon. The train is the way to travel to the city. It is a very peaceful and cheap place to stay. If u are planning to buy/ rent an apartment watch out for BMC water supply. Life is somewhat miserable if BMC water is not available and you have to depend on tanker water. If ur work place is close by and you don't have to commute daily, then mira road is ideal for you.

Meera Road is a fine location to stay, where accommodations are cheap comparing to other part of Mumbai, though you may face difficulty to catch the train from that station, If you are not in a position to get a flat at Borivally, why dont you consider Vasai Road as a second option.?

Meera road has nothing to do with Mumbai.

Mira road is close to places like Andher, Malad, Borivali, but far away from areas like Churchgate and the Central suburbs. It is much developed now, avoid staying in the interiors and get something close to the stations. All amenities like markets, stores are available at the station road, so you can shop on your way home

It depends where your area of work is... Mira Road is way out in da surburbs... but I guess it has developed a lot in recent times and is well awake past midnite too... the only downside I would say is travelling to town if ya need to go there...
