if you go to www.victoriassecret.com they having a size chart there that will tell you how to find your bra size... but basically you measure below your busts in inches and that is your band width (for example, the 34 in a 34A), next, measure in inches around the largest part of your breasts....then take the measurement of your breasts and subtract your band width plus five from it...so in other words:

breast size-(bandwidth+5)

the number that come out to will tell you your cup size...

1 is an A
2 is a B
3 is a C
4 is a D
5 is a DD

so for example...

if below your busts measure 36 inches....and at the widest point of you breasts measures 42 inches, you would have 42-(36+5), which is 42-41, which equals 1...so therefore you would have a size 36A.

hope this helps!!

Measure your chest UNDER your breasts (rib cage) in inches.
ADD 5 or 6 to make an even number.
This is your BAND SIZE.

Measure your bust, including your breasts (across the nipples or fullest point).
SUBTRACT your BAND SIZE from this number to find your CUP SIZE:
.5 = AA
1 = A
2 = B
3 = C
4 = D
5 = DD

For example:
chest = 32, bust = 41 ----> 32+6 = 38 ---> 41-38=3 ---> 38C
chest = 29, bust = 36 ----> 29+5 = 34 ---> 36-34=2 ---> 34B

There's an online calculator here if you don't want to do the math:

If they're sagging then you need to go down a cup size. For instince, if you're wearing a B34 try an A34 or A36
Though you should try on several bras of the size until you find the style that supports you the most. IMO, Wonder Bra makes the best bras for support

go to nordstroms and get sized. Their employees in the bra dept. actually go through training to learn how to size people correctly. You might be wearing too big of a bra.. most women wear too big around, and too small a cup, which causes major sagging!
