What is the best DNS server addresses to load pages the fastest ?

I have dialup, windows xp.

Changing DNS settings generally do not affect performance. Because DNS is like how to access a website from a url.

Because you have a dial up. It will basically affect anything. You can use other DNS servers, but probably it will be even slower because you aren't using the one your own ISP has.
