Better health care Dental care and long term therapy.
They give their very existence to America then suffer their entire life as a result of horrors of war.
Little things like life long respiratory problems from breathing the fumes of high explosives. Deep rooted dental problems from the shock to the jaw bone when firing weapons. Tinnitus from the noise levels in combat.
PTSD keeps them from a successful life after leaving the military.

Support them by making sure you thank them when you meet them. Start by telling Peace Activists that every single country, tribe, nation that had no weapons and were peaceful were killed and in some cases like the aztecs prey had their blood drank and their hearts eaten.
