Sign up for her fan club. Every now and again the public...non-fan club members get the opportunity to get those tickets, but they're normally $300 per ticket.
The D.C. farewell concert had those tickets. They had 3 packages to choose from...and only one of those packages allowed you to possibly meet them after the concert.

try checking out the place selling the ticket, like ticketmaster for example has a website and it lists prices ect.
