Seeing "Freddy vs Jason", I've been thinking who will win if Hannibal Lecter from "Silence of the Lambs" pits his evilness against Jigsaw of "Saw 1,2"?

That is one chess game I would love to witness. I think Jigsaw would have a slight edge over Hannibal. Hannibal just kills, but Jigsaw plots the entire ending of your life and makes you pay for your sins.. Jigsaw it is.

My cash is on Dr. Lecter. Mainly because of the keen psychological advantage. I equate it to a monstrous chess match where to loss is ultimate extinction. In a case like this I think old Doc would already have planed out every devious and awkward scenario that would counter anything Mr. Saw could come up with. It may be close at first, but I think with the correct approach an adversaries mind can be breached in a way as to bring the fear of doubt into a person. Even deeper yet if done correctly I think a persons mind and inner sole can be screwed with to a point of a break down. If you combine mind games with a sadistic need to kill I would guess that combination to be very difficult to overcome.

Hannibal easy. He'll just palm a stiletto and stab Jig in the sweet spot. Plus, he is smart enough to get out of Jigsaw's traps.

The first Saw movie was pretty good however I believe that the rest of them are not as good as they just capitalize on horror and gore past the point of stupidity.
Hannibal has some grand actors and is much better done
