I have a m250 and I would highly recomend the Sansa. Very easy to use and long battery life.

I would beleive they both have their own advantages/disadvantages - The sansa is very easy to operate, has great sound, has the capability of playing video and photos, and has a built in fm tuner. As far as anything made by mac (Ipod whatever) there is a lot more accessories and support on them. Ipod music/video will not play on the sansa. Most audio systems for the mp3 players (Such as most systems made by Bose) are ipod compatable only. It's a horse apeice.
