It appears that the plaintiff who has filed the case and has also served notice on all the respondents. Appears also that having received notice, none of the respondents have represented in court. Therefore the court has ordered the plaintiff to ask for his right of a default judgment within 30 days, otherwise his case itself will be dismissed.

Docket = basically a case file for any law suit

Perfected/Service= means Plaintiff (person suing) has "Served" the Defendent with notice, meaning the plaintiff has told the defendent, Im gonna sue you and for what.

Motion for Default Judgement = when a defendent doesnt show up or plans on not defending themselves, the plaintiff can get a default judgement from the court. If the plaintiff doesnt ask for a default judgement, the case will be thrown out.
