By definition, a group that seeks to advance people of a certain race is racist. How can a group like the NAACP exist if we are ever to treat all people as equals. Why not just the NAAP? Why add the "colored" part.

yes. You have it figured out.

If the NAACP wants to help blacks, they will help them get educated. Too many refuse to be educated and then want to be treated the same and complain about how much more money white people make.

I have a lot of black friends so I'm not a racist. I just want to help the ones who want to help themselfs. Black or white.

particularly the different. The NAACP stands for : The national affiliation for the progression of coloured human beings. The KKK, or Ku Klux Klan, has no meaning different than to improve hate. Blacks have been oppressed for subsequently long, even after slavery grow to be long over, and the NAACP, facilitates Blacks to triumph over racial injustices while heaped upon them then, or maybe now. The NAACP works to insure political, fee-efficient, academic, and social equality with White human beings, which were unequal, (and nevertheless is in some places), for subsequently long. it is not a supremest employer. The NAAWP and the KKK, tries to unfold purely hate loathing and separatism between Whites and non Whites. those businesses are no longer the comparable in any sort. The KKK is a racist employer, and seeks to chop up the races, And the NAACP is an anti-racist employer that seeks equality between the races.

I believe if we consider the question from this viewpoint, we can better determine the truth: What if there were (and there may be for all I know) an organization known as the NAACP, which stood for National Association for the Advancement of Caucasian People? Would this organization be considered racist? The obvious question is why wouldn't both Colored People and Caucasian People be entitled to advancement? Wouldn't it be better to disband the NAACP (both kinds) and form the NAAAP: which would stand for the National Association for the Advancement of ALL People?

Because of racism, "colored people" are not treated equally. The NAACP's efforts seek to eliminate the disadvantages created by social policy.

Getting rid of the NAACP is not a step towards treating all people equally, treating all people equally is a step towards getting rid of the NAACP.

Perhaps if you did some research on the historical context of the founding of the NAACP then you would already know the answer to that question. Actually I believe you already do.

Not quite. Black people didn't lynch themselves. NAACP exists because the same element that seeks to keep blacks down, if you will, still exists. Also, no one in the NAACP calls hangs white people, keeps them from obtaining positions, or puts on marches that promote violence towards them, and they don't get on the tv and call them peckerwoods and honkeys. If you want to help people advance do it like the NAACP not like the ******* KKK. Peacefully and civil and not burning crosses and telling the world how much you hate someone for no reason. No one ever ******* enslaved them or persecuted them for being a different color. Whatever.

That is not true. The NAACP might be guilt of some racial chauvinism, but it not racist. You might want to check the definition of 'racism' again.
