ok so i want to get a cute outfit for my friends bday party, where can i get a cute sort of cheep outfit ( i am a medium in juniors )

go to charlotte russe. there are really cheap and fun chic and cheap everything there... from shoes to shirts to accessories.
if you dont have a russe around you... go to a place like "wet seal" or "rue 21" there are always really cheap and cute things there to.
if all this fails you, def. go to boscovs. you might not like the name or whatever, but i got two awesome cute sweaters from there for 6 bucks a piece. you wont regret it!

charlotte russe, 5 7 9, the body shop, rave...
forever 21, and sometimes guess has nice clearences.
