There's no problem here. In fact, you should be jumping for joy. Get a good jewish lawyer and sue. See you on the French Riviera!

I do not think you should get fired over this maybe she will. If you have worked for the company for more than 1 yr and have worked at least 1250 hours and if you need to take additional time off due to the injury take the leave and request it under FMLA or Family Medical Leave Act. You can take up to 12 weeks off, but you have to see a doctor and the doctor has to authorize the time for the serious conditon. Like depression. Your job will be protected and you sound like you need some time off. Just don't go over the 12 weeks off because if you do your job will not be protected and then they can fire you. Seek medical attention right away, request the leave and take some time off. By the way the time off is unpaid.

you are makinfg far to much out of this , Your manager is right stay away from her and avoid any contact with her at all , as for why she had the week off it isn't any of your business, so stay out of it you have a very big chip on your sholder and just waiting for some one to knock it off. if you cause any trouble YOU will be labled a trouble maker. sit down and keep quite and it will all blow over

i dont think so. she might of got suspended. managers arent really supposed to tell others what someone is doing on their time off even if they know. if you still have problems with this take the problem to someone higher then your manager or human resources
