why does my cell phones battery die after 15 minutes of use!....this happened recently with my other cell phone...my mom says its because i charge it up everynight!!....she never charges her phone and her phones battery life last for weeks!! why does this happen!? what should i do!? Is it good for the battery to charge it every night even though it still has battery life!?

It actually depends on the quality of the battery inside. make sure you have an original in it, if not buy a new one from a good store and see if it will be okay. Or, maybe it is just time for a new battery.

They say that charging it to much to often will actually kill your battery. I've also been told by my cell phone company that turning your phone off once a day will help the life of your battery. Mine never dies! so I guess it works. Buy a new battery, charge it up fully 8-12 hours, and only charge it when it is needed.

it all depends on the phone. i have a flip phone and if i leave the display light on forever my phone battery last for 7 hours at the most with out using my phone for any thing such as calling and textin if i used my phone it will last for like 3 hours. But if i turn the light off and dont use my phone the battery will last for up to a week(with out calling and textin) and if i use it with no light it will last for maybe 3 days. But you can always buy a stronger battery and you can not harm it by always charging it i use to have it on the charger all day if i didnt go any where and my phone is perfectly fine. never charge it overnite. it wears the battery down. get a new battery, and only charge it when down to 1-2 bars, charge it in the evening when home, or during school. you don't need it then, because you should be studying.

you should not charge it until it is getting low. if you charge it when it doesn't need it then it will do that. just wait until it has two bars left to charge it and it will be fine.
