Yes. They are all the same. Bunch of coked-out weirdoes and bi-sexuals.
And music students are all the same, all fashion-less tools with no sense of reality.
And art students are all the same. Pretentious, beret-wearing, wine-sniffing no-talent hacks who talk about art more than they make it.
And jocks are all the same. All braun, no brain. Bad skin.
And psychology students are all the same. Wanna-be-popular sorority/fraternity members with no original thoughts in their heads.
And science nerds are all the same, always trying to make something happen that nobody cares about. And they never bathe.
And computer programmers are all the same. Pasty, anti-social weasels who talk online more than in person.
Let's see, who am I leaving out...I guess everyone else goes in a "miscellaneous" category and they just suck in general.

Are you wondering about the difference in NAME between "Drama" departments and "Theatre" departments? Or are you suggesting that there is something similar about the kinds of people who study in such disciplines?
Either way, I think the answer is "no."

Drama is another way of saying theater, and vice versa. theater sounds a bit more impressive, though.

what about comedy? is that in the DRAMA dept? "Drama" is the "old" term and "theatre arts" is the current term, it is a better way to convey what it really is: drama, comedy, acting etc.
