Give her some KARO syrup, about a teaspoon in her bottle. Works like a charm and she'll feel sooo much better!

Remember an infant can go up to six days without a bowel movement and that can still be normal. I know sounds painful, but it's true.
Gripe water works for some, Simethicone Drips (gas drops are good too, not just for the gas but to get things moving in there)
Warm baths, work the legs and feet like riding a bicycle.
Babies all react differently to formula and all kinds of formula. What a couple of weeks before you rule one out unless you are seeing rash or more serious sign of allergies.
If you take the baby off a formula that contains iron you will want to consult a PED. to be sure you should not be supplementing with another form of Iron, they have drops you can add to liquid.
You can give the baby water, not as the primary source of liquid but that can help a little too. You can try a Soy formula, but this is expensive and might be the last resort. Keep in touch with the PED. and get suggestions from them if you are worried.
It's not fun and this can happen with breast fed babies as well. It's just a phase that I think just about every baby goes through and every mother wants to make it all better.
Good luck!

Perhaps she is lactose intolerant! Lactose is still in the "lactose free" stuff- it just has an enzyme in the mix to counteract the lactose. (Most people don't know that!) The enzyme in there might not be enough for their body to combat the lactose. I know this because I have this problem! Try the baby on some soy formula and see if this helps!

You need to call her pediatrician and seek their advice. My daughter did the same thing and it turned out that she was allergic to several different formulas.

I guess you can try supositories. Both my sons had to use them as small babies.
