It was called "Winky Dink & You". You placed a plastic sheet over the TV screen, used special crayons. and "helped" the hero, Winky Dink, rescue, fix, or build something by following the instructions of the narrator who was telling the story of Winky's latest adventure. Shrinky Dinks were a plastic toy you cut out, colored, and baked in the oven. They shrank down to half their original size and you could then make a necklace, pin or ring with them.
