Hillary has a very good chance of becoming president. She is an intelligent woman who has made a great start in her political career by working with members across the aisle in getting important legislation passed. Her record stands up to scrutiny.
She also is a Clinton. Despite what many neo-conservatives say about her, the country was in a better place when Bill was prez and the people remember that. Also, being a Clinton, she's got the money. So far she exceeds McCain, Guilianni, Kerry, Obama, Edwards, and Romney by leaps and bounds in financial capital. Don't underestimate that. That's probably one of the biggest factors in being elected president.
There is trouble brewing though. With Obama throwing his hat in the ring he will, and already has, gotten promises of capital from people who were originally lined up for Hillary. He could fade though. Right now he's exciting. Who knows how exciting he will be in 08' after public scrutiny and the eventual swift-boating that will occur. She's at an advantage in this. She has already been under scrutiny and doesn't lilt. She's strong.
Another drawback is that she's not Bill, she's Hill. People like Bill. Her, not as much. She can overcome this if Bill plays a big part in her campaigning and gets the country in a sentimental mood.
Yes, she has a very strong chance, but she faces stiff competition in the primaries and should she advance, will face stiff competetion in the election itself. This will be a close one.

I certainly hope so - I'm voting for her. And isn't it time this backward nation of ours which seems stuck in the 19th century when it comes to electing leaders moves into the 21st Century with the rest of the world? Other countries have had women leaders and done just fine, thank you, and women are now CEOs of some of the largest businesses in the country.
WAKE UP AMERICA AND COME INTO THE PRESENT-DAY WORLD!!! LISTEN TO WHAT THE WOMAN HAS TO SAY AND DON'T TURN HER OFF JUST BECAUSE SHE'S A WOMAN OR BECAUSE YOU DON'T LIKE HER AS A PERSON. VOTING FOR PRESIDENT SHOULD BE ABOUT THE ISSUES AND NOT A POPULARITY CONTEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good chance. She is the front runner of the Dems, and, like it or not, the U.S. is becoming more and more liberal. Wouldn't that kill conservatives to have a Dem woman in the White House?

They say it takes money and so far I think she has the biggest war chest of all. She has been planning this since Bill got out and yes I think she probably has a chance.

Sure she has a chance. But she won't win. She is to polarizing. She even pisses off her own party. Don't let the more moderate stance she is taking now fool you. It's just a bluff to get votes. Don't trust her!
