Thats a good question..(thinks)... The only person I could think of that might be able to beat Itachi would be Jiraiya because:
1) We havent seen everything that Jiraiya can do yet that because the Konoha council asked if Jiraiya could become the next Hokage and to become a hokage you have to know at least a thousand different jutsus.
2)Jiraiya is one of the Sannin and thus should not be underestimated.
But I'm still not 100 percent sure if Jiraiya could beat Itachi and I think it would be a hell of a match if they both went all out.

I don't think anyone. He is even a little feared by Orochimaru. Not even Jiraiya could stop Itachi, when he was trying to kidnap Naruto on their search for Tsunade. He did stop him, but didn't injure him at all. Maybe after the timeskip.
