GET RID OF LIMEWIRE! Either the program itself has a ton of spyware, or the files you are downloading do. The safest way to get movies is to rip it from dvd, from your collection, blockbuster or netflix (which may not be legal, but can be done, but downloading them from Limewire is pretty much illegal anyways, unless you own the rights to the movies)

Bit torrent is a better way to get files with less of a chance of spyware. (thepiratebay.org shoudl get you started)

Limewire puts that there, it don't do anything. Don't worry about it.
But, Limewire takes up LOADS of RAM. So, when you are done with it close it and your computer will go faster. When you are using it, your computer will run slower. Mostly because Norton is a RAM hog too. To tell the truth, it you want a fast computer, one of those free anti-spyware programs online are better for you than Norton. And it won't affect your computer at all.

Also, try www.ccleaner.com . Its Crap Cleaner and it deletes all the crap on your computer that you don't need. It won't delete anything important, don't worry. But it's a great program.

I recommend erasing everything off of your computer and restoring it back to how you got it or deleting limewire or going to disk defragmenter(start>all programs>accesories>system tools>disk defragmenter>defrag .To erase everything off your computer Make sure you save any important files on a disk or something before doing this and unplug your internet from the back off the computer. Ok turn off your computer. While your computer is starting up keep pressing F8. You will then come to a system recovery screen. Click on destructive recovery. This will take about 20 to 30 minutes. Your computer will be restored back to how when you first bought it. Everything that you installed will be gone except for windows xp and everything thing that came on your computer when you bought it.

Use real-time protection of either Windows defender or Norton anti-spyware. And next time, the subscription for your Norton anti-spyware runs out, dump it and buy Spyware Doctor or AVG anti-spyware. Their rel-time shield block spyware much more effectively.
