Bush does what he wants regardless of how America feels and he gets away with it. That's what money and power does, he will never have to face any consequences for this debacle.

I'm in the Army Reserves. My fiancee just got back from Iraq. What you get is a free country. We know the consequences ( what can or may happen to us ) when we do join. We have been sitting back for too long. This started before Bush and it won't end with him.

HOW DARE YOU GO THERE YOU POMPOUS ***. You are probably sitting in your smug dorm room or loft in Soho thinking you are the almighty with all of the right answers. I have a son in Iraq doing what is asked of him. I have met numerous of his fellow soldiers, all of whom have great integrity...what the hell have you done for this country? Why do you consider it a lost cause? If there had been support instead of constant undermining of the effort from the beginning it is likely that the present conditions would be considerably better.
