I dropped out of high school twice. Almost a third time.
The best decision I ever made was to go back to school and to get my diploma. I have never regretted making that choice and would do it again in a heartbeat. It learned more about self determination and self discipline than anything else.

I could say going back to school or having a child (my son) , or divorcing my husband but actually it would have to be that I decided to stop being depressed and feeling sorry for myself and started making changes in my life that would better serve a purpose for me and my family. Whoooohoooo!

I guess getting a college degree. It was worth it. However, now people rack up so much in student loans I don't know if it is worth it anymore. I met a student who owes $100,000 for a BFA degree in painting. Now, that is just heart breaking.

Moving from Detroit, MI to Los Angeles, CA. Detroit is a dying city and I didn't want to be a part of that slow death.
