LOL...I never tried to whistle while laughing, and honestly...I don't think I could. : )

It's possible have never tried it, if I see something that is going to make me laugh I will try and whistle.

I find it hard to whistle when I am not laughing. Something wrong with the whistler. Maybe I need bigger lips. Yeah that's it.
