why haiti is not in the FIFA world cup??

I wonder why they are not part of the world Cup...Please, give me good arguments

Haiti played in the 1974 World cup .

Why don't they make through now ?
There are several reasons:

1. They do not have proper support:The Haitians play like non professionals. In Contemporary football , a team
needs , an excellent manager, a good trainer , money , special diet , discipline etc . Haiti team doesn't have that.support.

2. To get through into the World cup they need to beat teams like Mexico, a difficult task . But they also have to beat teams like Jamaica . What's the difference ? Both sides have great talent , the difference is that the best Jamaican or Trinidadians players end up playing in their former colonial ruler, England , where they go through real prof/essional footbal. In Martinique the good players end in French teams.Maybe thats a price for Haiti in getting their Independance 200 years ago. The Haitians have great talent but no leadership , they are stranded on a sinking ship in the Carribbean.

some people say they are bad but they probably never seen them play, but they need some more experience. just like saudia arabia they are good but need more experience and confidence
