What's this song called?

Okay i heard a song today on the radio jus now. At first, it sounded like Ciara's song, "Get Up", the beat wasn't the same, but VERY VERY similar. The only difference was that a guy was singing it. I thought it might've been Chris Brown, but he sounds older. Anyway, in the hook, he goes, "I know you feel...", and in the bridge he goes, " I want to run my fingers through your hair" It's all i caught, but it sounds JUST like, "Get Up". 10 pts for whoever finds it!
