hey so basically the title says it all, but I checked my sprint sanyo scp 3100 cellphone and it said i have a missed call, and the name was "UNKNOWN". I was wondering if it's possible to check the # of the caller, so I could see if I knew the person. Does anyone know how?

~Thanks~!

used to work for Sprint for less than 2 yrs.
no guarantee in retrieving unknown #s
for legal or police purposes, the local law enforcement agency is the only one who can contact Sprint for a call trace (but there's still no guarantee that the # will be retrieved).

if the number is "unknown" it was blocked for a reason so there is no way to unblock it or find out the number for me it was "withheld" I dont know if they have it for cell phones because I know they have it for land phones but you can call your phone company up and ask for a privacy call manager. Then the caller has to unblock their number in order to reach you. Hope it works

With most MOBILE CARRIERS like T*MOBILE, SPRINT/NEXTEL and others, SADLY there isn't a way to obtain the #.

W/T*MOBILE: When I get a CALL W/BLOCKED/UNKNOWN #, I try CALLIN' 611, 411, they CAN'T TRACE # or if, VOICEMAIL, MSG CENTER CAN NOT get #.

sometimes your cell carrier has a website you can log on and you MAY be able to see your incoming and outgoing call log on there. i know it would work if you were a cingular customer, i guess it depends on who your carrier is. good luck

It means they dialed *67 before they called and there is no way to figure out who it was.

I don't think so. If it's blocked, there really isn't any way to get it.
