In Central and South America's they use an Herb called Chanca Piedra which means in Spanish "Stone Breaker". It has several properties like breaking up the stone and also relaxing the muscles in the urethra so the will little or no pain when passing the stone(s). Do a Google search on Chanca Piedra or ask you local Health Food Store.

First, get your diet more alkaline: eat ripe, fresh, raw, organic fruit and vegetables in preference to all other foods, particularly eshewing sugary foods, transfatty acids and highly processed foods, animal products (including dairy) and too many grains. Give up alcohol, cigarettes, coffee and other caffeines, prescription and over-the-counter cures.

Make the following blend of unadulterated, pure essential oils and compress 6 - 10 drops over your kindey area 1-2 times daily:

*10 drops Eucalyptus radiata
*10 drops Geranium
*10 drops Juniper
*1 Tbsp. pure Vegetable Oil (like Virgin Coconut Oil)

all the best!

I've heard of doctors breaking them up with concentrated sound waves. Not really a natural remedy, but definitely worth trying to help minimize the pain.

No you need to go to a doctor they will either give you things to dissolve them, or help you with passing them. If you don't go to the doctors soon enough they will get bigger which is bad cause then they will need to remove them surgically. My stepdad had them but luckily was able to pass them. But definately go to the doctors. Get well soon.

Check with your local health foods store. Also, drink lost of pure water and don't eat or drink anything that makes the stones worse.
