i am kind of tall, skinny and flat chested

I am exactly your type. Lol i know how hard it can be to find a dress!!! Wht has worked for me, are rouched bodices that lead into a flowy asymetrical hem. The top part should have a strap that starts at about your armpits and goes around your neck like a halter. This helps with the flat chested part. Another thing i like are baby doll dresses. Tall people can pull them off.

I would wear a knee length dress that either ties behind your neck or just lays over it. Try to get one that might have a little puff in the chest part and wear a strapless padded bra. Also try to see if the dress flares out a little at the knees. Don't go to short or to long. Skinny tall women always look better in right above the knee. Good luck

Show off your legs girl! Get something that is tight around the waist and a nice slit up the leg. If you wanna get real into the dress make it a big slit. The higher it goes the sexier it'll be. Work it girl. I'm sure you'll look awesome. I love black dresses too. I think black would be great.

I think that you need a nice empire top dress. it makes it look like you have more breast. plus it is full toward the bottom. but if you don't like that you should definitely stay away from form fitting types.

well i think you would look good in a light green dress with a lil bit darker eye shadow but wear a paded braw it helps with some light green high heels
