Obviously false, on two separate grounds. The counts given add to 24, not 23; and the values of these add to $4.20, not $3.80. A little algebra shows that there are 10 quarters and 13 dimes.

False, because 12 dimes is equal to $1.20 and 12 quarters is equal to $3.00 so that is a total of $4.20 not $3.80

False You stated there were in fact 23 pieces. Then in the second sentence you stated there were 24 pieces. That is a falsehood.
