I used to but now is a new day and a new start so I just have quick memories of the really good times gone by, the ugly or mean memories are put away to be left unopened forever.

Far too often. Memories can be intrusive sometimes and they hit me when I'm not really in the mood for it (even the good memories). So many things seem like they happened yesterday and that's not always a comforting feeling.
