No, it is unwise for oneself to think their superior. Someone who knows their strength must understand what their weakness is. For that we are all different. Instead of pushing people around, I share my intelligence with them and work with them.

Well, I don't know...I never feel like I'm necessarily better than anyone...because I don't think people should be judged. But an example I will use....I have a college degree and my husband is a HS drop out. he barely knows how to spell and he mis- pronounces things all the time...like he says "pacific instead of specific...or "2 of 1 ways" instead of "1 of 2 ways" and the way I feel when he does things like this: COMPLETE EMBARRASSMENT. I don't know if I feel superior or not..just really embarrassed for people with less intelligence.

I get good grades and I'm practically at the top 1% of my class. I think your superiority is just because your ego has gotten big. You're proud of your smarts (and you should be) and it's just gotten to your head. Just keep yourself grounded, even if you really are superior academically to those around you. No one likes a braggart.

Most of my friends are quite intelligent so it doesn't stand out usually but then I'll hang out with a different group now and then and just be like wow I feel extremely smart. It isn't always a good way to feel either, you just feel snobby, awkward, and self aware.

Yeah, occasionally. But usually only at school, when I'm around the freshmen in my Latin class. So young...so oblivious to how the world works and the social hierarchies of high school.

Not superior, just incredibly frustrated and pissed off that there are so few people who are both smart AND aware

No. My intelligence is above average, but it hasn't done me a dang bit of good.
