I wear skirts mostly all the time. My waist is really small, but my hips and buttom are sorta big. How can I find skirts to fit me right? It seems I have to buy them too big in the waist and then they feel like they are falling off.

I just heard Stacey London, the fashion expert, say this on Oprah, You can not buy off the rack and expect it to fit!! Get cloths that fit the widest part of your body, and have them altered to fit everywhere else. A seamstress can be found in most dry cleaners, and also in many classified add sections, as well as the phone book. Alterations are generally inexpensive. Good luck!

Look for some that have a stretch waist built into them.
