I have this fish that I just got and I think it is going to have babies

Goldfish are egg layers so its not going to have babies. Sounds more like there is something wrong with the fish, could be bad water or some sort of parasite.

It's but end will get very swollen. I have a goldfish that is laying eggs every couple of weeks. Believe me you can tell the difference.

goldfish are not live breeders. They lay eggs. They do not become pregnant. I don't know what else to tell ya...
