How much music and photos can a 1GB Memory Stick Pro Duo hold? My little brother is thinking about getting the PSP Entertainment Pack. It comes with a PSP, a game ( ATV Offroad Fury-Blazing Trails), a movie (Lords of Dogtown), and a 1GB Memory Stick Pro Duo. For those who have purchased this, is it worth it? The regualr pack is $199.99 but the Entertainment Pack is $249.99. The game and movie are both $19.99 each and the memory stick is $49.99. So please help. Only serious comments please.

uhm depends on the format and size... i think a certain fomrat you can hold like 500 photos, and it depends on the format, bitrate, and size of the song. you can hold 300-400 songs on a 1GB memory stick (WMA format, 64kbps). the value pack is worth it, i have it and i think it is worth it. the game will keep him occupied for a while and so will the movie. 50 dollars for a 1GB memory card is a ripoff btw. i got a 2Gb for 40 on http://www.pricegrabber.com and at http://www.tigerdirect.com you can get memory cards for less than you can at wal mart. also make sure you get a USB a-mini B conncetor in order to transfer music and photos from the PC to the PSP.

It's worth it. the 1 gig can hold 350 minutes of music. and to purchase everything seperate would cost you more. As a new purchase you would be eager to try every feature out of the box, movies, mp3, games etc... so get the 249 pack. If you try to go cheap you'll end up buying at least the 1 gig card anyway once you see what the system can do.

I didnt get the pack, but it does sound great!!
The 1gb memory card can hold up to 2500 photos (depending on the size of them) and up to 250 songs (also depending on size).
The pack definetely sounds worth it. And a note, if you want to download games and movies off the internet, dont update to firmware above 2.70. You will know what i mean once you get it.
