you can type out all your poetry on word perfect and send it from there

I'm unsure what you mean by a "Poet Person" but you can post ALL Your poems and ALL your writings like stories and etc on: http://www.allpoetry.com. It's a wonderful site! If you want to look for me and my poems my name on there is: Courage2Survive. This site offers you unlimited space to write as many poems as you'd like, you get to customize all your poems and your profile with pretty backgrounds and text and all pretty colors and you are constantly getting critiqued by other people, which is great.
