I'm a 14 year old girl and I really like yaoi. I love reading fanfiction stories about it! I even wrote one. But I feel really embarrased that I like somthing like that. It doesn't mean I'm like gay or anything does it? Is it wrong for me to like somthing like this? Do any other girls like it, or for that matter any other boys? Please help me...

Oh, you're definitely not the only one, as you probably realize from all the fanfiction out there. There are a LOT of girls that like yaoi. I used to be a little obsessed with it too, now it only interests me when I run into it every once in a while. You don't need to worry about being gay, unless you like yuri too. It's just a fascination for you, like that with guys and yuri. I don't think guys like yaoi much, unless they're gay. I know my fiance' hates it, but he pretends interest in yuri, so we jost back in forth sometimes. If you're embarrassed about it, only mention it to your anime friends, including those online.

no i dont like yaoi, but i dnt even hate it also. dont worry ure not the only 1 who likes this. that doesnt mean you are one of them. its just everyones likes and islikes. so its no harm
