According to wildlife expert Ken Norton there are actually MORE badgers in Michigan now than there were 100 years ago. They've migrated from Illinois, Indiana and Ohio because of deforestation in those regions.

maybe still in the upper peninsula..i remember grown up (MI) and my parents would tell to watch out for badger holes. heck i read a couple of year ago the dnr found a wolverine living some where in the thumb part.

wolverines do better in the colder climate and have the same niche in the ecosystem so the wolverines have a adaptive advantage.... There are no musk oxen in Texas

No, they are in Michigan, my co-worker just shot one that had killed one of his chickens, I saw the pics
