is 143.2 kh bad for my snails, platies and mollies?

Well i have 143.2 ppm kh and gh... will the animals survive or is that too high?

Not bad at all. Snails actually need high Ph KH and GH because it keeps their shells from dissolving in the water. Plsties and mollies like very hard water, and even thrive in brackishwater, so those conditions are great for the fish you have.
