The smart money is on the Hulk.
Dragon Ball characters are notorious for underestimating their enemies, then having to think of new strategies and having to use more of their power to do more damage. While they can eventually do some incredible things, the Hulk is not bound by this infantile approach.
Hulk takes Goku's opening shot, then while Goku stares at him in disbelief and has his inner monologue where he realizes he will have to try something else, Hulk grabs Goku, crunches him up into a little ball, and eats him.

HAHAHHAHA !!!! most people are picking Goku ..How stupid can you be that dumb !!! ??. The Hulk would destory Goku !!! his pure rage would rip goku in half before Goku could stand there collecting energy to make a spirit bomb...!!!! he would shoot the Hulk and the would get pissed before he goes super sayian and popps his head off like a doll.
The Hulk would destory everyone from DBZ...maybe not all at once .. but one on one... HULK...

Goku would win. The Hulk may be strong, but Goku is stronger. Goku could also just throw the Hulk into space, or blast him to dust.

That is a tough one! By the way our favorite Saiyin tends to evolve, he would easily beat ol' Green Skin. But Goku is also one who respects a good fighter, no matter how strong he is (as well as understaning the Hulk's problems), so it wouldn't suprise me if Goku and Hulk end up becoming friends.

Oh, Goku. Hes got way better moves then the Hulk, and he can shoot balls of fire and things. All the Hulk can do is use his muscles, and they arent any competition.

thats very easy .. goku not only can he reach supersayain he can also destroy the world with his spirit bomb.. the hulk is all muscle goku has skill and energy.. image goku super sayain 4 doing kamehama ha times 10.. the hulk would disintergrate..
