How to download music into your MP3 player from your media player?

I just bought a mp3player but I dont know how to put the songs I downloaded into my MP3player using my meida player, + I was wondering if I downlaoded itunes and used itunes instead on my media player do you think that would work?

First install the CD that came with it (if one came with it). Then connect your mp3 player to your computer with the USB cable. Your computer should reconnise it.
Then go to my music or were ever you have your music saved and click(don't let go) on the song you'd like to transfer and drag it to your mp3 -player and let go. Then it will say transfering files and then it will be on you mp3-player. Good luck!
