can anyone tell me how i can send a message from yahoo to a cell phone as if it were lyk a text message or sumthin?????

you have to have yahoo messenger then you type a mobile phone number into the Contact Search Bar (including area code)
Click on "Send SMS" in the drop-down menu
Type your message and click Send. Your friend will receive the message on their phone and will be able to message you back on your PC
